Compass UK & Ireland Innovation Centre Refurbishment

An opportunity to create Compass UK & Ireland’s flagship Innovation Centre, located within Compass Group’s head office premises in Chertsey, Surrey.

The Innovation Centre provides a facility for Compass UK & Ireland to demonstrate its restaurant offerings to prospective clients.  The retail offers include brands such as Upper Crust, Caffe Ritazza, So Deli, World Marché and Firehouse Grill.  All units are completely flexible so that they can be moved or replaced as desired.

The 6-week fit-out project included a full strip-out and refurbishment of the office space, as well as providing a full range of electrical and mechanical, audio visual and joinery services. The project came in within its £1.1m budget.
